We enjoyed being able to see so many sights. If you are going to be in London for just one day this is an excellent tour. Our tourguide was very knowledgable and friendly.

We arrived at Heathrow and found that our driver did not show up. I had to call Viatior and was told that someone forgot to put us into their computer for pick-up that day. One hour later still no ride. After second call $6.00and two hours later, We finally got picked up. Our driver was apologetic, courteous and the ride was very good. It is probably a good idea to call day before to double check and make sure you are on their list. We have used Viator for many of our other tours and were very satisfied. This was a huge dissappointment!

Venice Gondola Ride and Serenade with Dinner

The gondola ride was great! We had a beautiful evening with a full moon to compliment the beautiful music provided by the singer and accordion player. It was great to have not only beautiful scenery, but have nice music for the entire ride. The food at the restaurant was also quite good. Our only criticism was that the directions to the restaurant were very difficult to follow. Many people on our tour took over an hour to find it. We were with people who had found it during the day. If we had not been with them, we would have also had difficulty. It really was an easy walk, but the directions were poor.

Murano, Burano and Torcello Half-Day Sightseeing Tour

We really enjoyed the tour, but felt very rushed at all three sites. We would have liked another 15 to 20 minutes at each site. We especially loved Murano and Burano. Our favorite was Burano. Burano is a quaint little town, with all its many colored houses and little shops, was a real treat The lace was beautiful! We would have liked a little more time to browse the many shops. The long walk to and from the town of Torcello from the boat used up most of our time for sightseeing. We were unable to see much there. It might be better to just visit Murano and Burano and allow more time at both sites, if time is an issue with your company.
