We had called the day before and confirmed the time, the shuttle arrived 5 min early and got us to the airport and dropped at the gate promptly as well.  I definitely recommend!

Our tour guide was great and very knowledgeable about each of the areas we visited.  I loved Windsor castle, Stonehenge and Bath!  They were all wonderful and highly recommended for a visit!!

Also, when I called the tour company the day before to confirm my meeting location, they were extremely helpful and very nice.

The only downside to this tour was that there was just not enough time in each place and I felt rushed.  

I would also recommend that the tour start a bit earlier in the winter as it gets dark so early and we could have really had a bit more daylight time had we left earlier.

The drive was lovely and our guide very friendly, however, to do the boat tour you had to pay extra and lunch was not included. For a full day of whale watching, both should have been included and would have made for a much better experience as we only saw whales from pretty far away. The drive was really lovely though and the penguin stop was really cool too.

The trip was very lovely and the guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. My one suggestion however, would be to add a wine tasting in Stellenbosch. We visited the town, which was lovely, but as it is prob the most famous as far as wine goes, and we were on a wine tour...  I would have like to have gotten to do a tasting there and not just dropped off for an hour to wander.
