Although it was a cold and rainy day, we enjoyed this tour. The back of the tour boat was loud, making it difficult to hear the tour guide, but there was enough room for us to move up closer to the front. We were excited to go to Murano and make our glass purchases there, only to find the prices outrageous, but still enjoyed the glass blowing demonstration. Our favorite stop was Burano, although we had only a short stop here.

The first day was beautiful out and we enjoyed riding around on the top deck of the bus, seeing many of the great sights of Barcelona. The second day was rainy and cold, making the buses with the retractable roof on the top very popular. Of course, most of the buses didn't have these roofs, so the top of the buses were empty, except those who braved the elements.

Once we made it onto the buses, the ride was great, as were the routes. The only problem was trying to get on them. It sometimes took 3 buses before getting on, as they didn't always stop at the same spot, and everyone would run up to it, making no difference who was the next in line.

This trip was split up into a morning city tour and the afternoon trip to Keukenhof Gardens few hours after, giving us time to have lunch and relax or go search the city a little more on our own,
The city tour took us around the city, and out to a windmill. On the way back we stopped at a diamond factory, which was neat to see the process, but was very rushed, almost leaving a few behind. If you wanted to purchase anything, you would have had to find your own way back.
The afternoon trip to the gardens was amazing. I'm not a big flower person, but I really enjoyed the gardens. They do a beautiful job with the flower displays, and it is a wonderful place for a walk. There is a windmill at the gardens which you can climb up, a hedge maze that is not as easy as it looks to get through, and a small petting zoo.

We had a great tour guide that made this long day even more amazing. First we went to Windsor castle, and she got us up and in in no time. We got there just in time for the changing of the guard ceremony, and had time to see the rest of the castle before heading back to the bus. Off to Stonehenge we went, where we did the walk around loop, and then enjoyed as delicious ice cream before leaving. The known history, as well as the unknown mysteries surrounding Stonehenge make it difficult not to find it mystical group of rocks. Last was Oxford, which has a lot of history and is beautiful for walking around.

The routes are great, making it easy to get off at the places you want to visit. The one thing that I really liked about this HO-HO was how organized it was to get on. Having someone there to sell tickets before boarding, as well as making sure everyone didn't just push their way one. If you were the first one in line, you got on first, and the bus stopped at the person waiting, rather anywhere along that block.
