got given confirmation via, hotel, and email, of what time we would be collected.
was picked up on time and, taken into the desert. Where we were then shown how everything was going to work. it wll went very quick, and was very magical, also felt very safe at all times.
One thing i would say was we never recieved a certificate, and the information on having extra clothing, its actually very hot in the balloon. so take a jacket which is easy to take off.
other than that, make sure you take your camera.

picked up and taken into the desert by our driver asif. the dune bashing was brilliant,which lead on to the camel ride and dinner under the stars. It was lovely, food was great. followed by a show and humbly bubbly, very relaxed. .......highly recommend.

Meeting the co-ordinator. would have been better if they were highlighted, espicailly at that time in the morning, and the tickets for edinburgh castle should be explained that they are VIP tickets and you dont have to queue. but collected from the vip shop.
Apart from those two things. fantastic. Edinburgh is perfect for a one day trip like this, and gives a glimpse into all the things that would be great to go back and see again, for longer. Everything else was brillantly explained, and easy. A long day, and a good day. well worth money and time.
