Not a problem the driver picked us up promptly at our accommodations and delivered us to the airport way in time for us to meet the 3-hour advance arrival time.

We very much enjoyed this tour. We learned so much and it was wonderful to get out into the French countryside. Both tours at Mumm's and Moet & Chandon's cellars were very informative. Both young ladies were well informed and friendly. The coach bus was lovely and comfortable with big sized windows for picture taking and the guides gave good and relevant information. Particularly loved the tour of the church in Reims by the lady guide. Our free time lunch period in Reims was appreciated and we had ample time to have lunch, explore and do souvenir shopping. The champagne testing was also lovely!

All worked out well however Shuttle kept me waiting on the phone at least 15 minutes when I called from the airport on arrival before someone answered. Pick up and drop off by the driver was perfect.
