The process was quite smooth sailing and the local tour agent was pretty helpful. It was the first time for me using Viator to book a tour and I was fairly concerned that everything would go as planned. I was quite pleasantly surprised that the local travel agent had everything under control. There were no mix ups or confusion anywhere and that is commendable.
