My Review
The Gondala ride topped it all as the pinnacle of our stay in Venice. The waters lapping at the foot of the steps, the slow meandering of the Gondola as it negotiated the narrow waterways and the historical buildings were all very much a part of Venice! The walking tour enabled us to have a close-up view of what makes the City - the many well designed bridges, the cobbled pathways and the side walk cafes.

Walking tour covered most of the historical and scenic sights. A very comprehensive and interesting commentary was provided by the tour guides. Venice itself is as picturesque as depicted in the travelogues that we read.
