Tracy our guide was extremely helpful and knowledge. We spent two days with her, the first of which was rainy and she changed our itinerary so we would see the out door sites on our second day which was clear.

My Review
Our guide, Tracy, was waiting for us when we arrived. She guided us through the airport to the Maglev without difficulty and had arranged for a ride from the Maglev to our hotel. All went flawlessly. On the return trip she helped us through the airport until we reached security. We spent two days with Tracy without any problems. She was knowledgeable and very helpful.

Cinque Terre Small Group Day Trip from Florence

My Review
Overall the trip was fantastic. Both Cinque Terre and our guide were treasures. The vehicle was somewhat uncomfortable as we were in the very back of the van but better than driving ourselves. I would recommend this trip.
