It was very easy to get to the meeting place, and there was a bus already there waiting for everyone, but I didn't like the fact that the bus we were going on was going to be full! I love using tours when I visit a city but not a 50 person tour, although i'm impressed to say that eventhough there were so many people in the tour everything went smooth and I never felt rushed or like it was too crowded. The main attraction which is the Last Supper was amazing, a must when in Milan. I would recommend this tour.

We bought it ahead of time thinking that it would be a nice way to see the city and get from one place to another, but we didn't have the time to use it, the bus goes by every 40 minutes, when we got to the stop one had passed by 10 minutes ago and we decided the subway was going to get us faster to our destination. Milan has a very nice public transportation so if you're planning on using it to get from one place to another I think the subway is the best option, but if you're planning on seeing the city from the bus then the hop-on hop-off is the way to go.

There are buses passing by very often, there wasn't much waiting. We loved the fact that it was a nice way to rest from all the walking during the day. I would definitely recommend it if traveling with children or for older people, given that the public transportation in Rome isn't the best.
