I wouldnt have thought it so hard to book a car, given I've used this site for various transport option over the world. In our own backyard it fails.
First, an SMS sent at 0400 the day before, confirming pick up from Melbourne (we were travelling to Sydney). Then an SMS in Sydney to confirm where to meet the driver. We were there, his car was there, but he wasnt (or we thought). Standing next to his vehicle with luggage, the driver 5 meters away, ignoring us, until I took out my phone and took pictures of the rego! Then he approaches and ask what I was doing? When I explained "about to tell the universe not to book this service" he says he is waiting for a passenger. I pointed out I was the passenger, and he said no!
Needless to say after some words, we were taken to our hotel.
Would I bother using it in Sydney again - no! I'm more confident with the unreliable public train.

Hop on hop off bus, excellent way to orientate to Singapore, and work out where to re-visit later.
We were given an extra day, and an additional tour. Well worth the $$'s

Met at arrivals, quick transfer to waiting car. Excellent, clean, well worth using instead of waiting for a taxi. Have used before and will again.

Just fantastic, met our flight at nearly 1am, quick walk to the car. Very polite, very knowledgeable, was even able to point out my old primary school from 40 years ago. Would I use the service again - yep without doubt. With the current renovations at Penang it's much easier than trying to find the taxi rank.

Easy to use, though the signage is a bit limited at LAX. Handy if your not in a hurry. We did two tours of the airport looking for other pax to pickup, even though there was only one empty seat. Reasonably quick into Hollywood. Would use again.

Long day, early start. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon snack provided on the bus. Comfortable and informative - but the driver did go on a bit too long about the type of cows there were in NZ!

Great start to the holiday, apart for the crap weather. But driver was excellent and knew his stuff, the 5 hours went very quickly.

Fantastic service, driver was on time, explained how long it would take to get to the airport, and helped with luggage. Defiantly worth using in the future. Just great.

Picked up from Hotel on time, excellent tour, felt a bit disorganized at times, but overall worth while. Much easier way to see old Macau than trying to navigate the 100's of casino buses that meet every ferry from HK. Would recomend to other travelers.
