Limo driver was polite and friendly but reception staff at the main office where we checked in were surly and unwelcoming. This wasn't a good first impression. On the itinerary that had been sent to us it stated that the name of the lead traveler had to show ID. So my husband took his passport, but the guy at reception asked for mine when I told him it was not required he told me in an off hand manner that I should always carry my ID with me. I was trying to explain that we don't have ID cards in England but he turned his back on us and started to talk to someone else, which we found quite rude. The trip itself was awesome and good value for the money and should not deter anyone from going on this trip. But I do think the company needs to work on the way customers are greeted and spoken to.
