Being my first visit to Japan .. I did not know how the tour worked..they explained about pick up service but no confirmation.. luckily the concierge at our hotel the Regency called sunrise tours and confirmed my reservation and pick up time..
It was easy and everything was so well organized . The tour was on a time schedule and that worked out well.
The tour guide Mr Sato was great and he really did have a sense of humor..
The only downfall was that this tour did not have a drop off at the hotel and we had to catch the subway from the Ginza station.. but otherwise it was great .
