First, i want to tell you that i'm not a big shopping fan.. so the time dedicated to the trip was ok from my point of view. But, there were lot of sales, at mostly of the stores, so that you could find some very good deals indeed. I liked the landscapes along the Como lake and i hoped to move more around the outlet, but it was very cold and it was snowing, so that i prefered a hot chocolate inside... smile... A plus for the trip was the way the drivers organized the return. There were 2 buses: the one which i took was for UE members, the other for non-UE members, who were able to obtain some deductions for the bills at the custom (which was supposing to write on different papers and so on). The very good point was that we didn't have to wait for these persons.

The only reason that i opted for a half day tour was that i had to be at the airport in the late afternoon, for flying back home. But i would recommand the full day tour, because Toledo is a very impressive town and the guide took us to lot of interesting places.

Being my first time in Madrid, i chose this way to get accommodated with the city. And it really helped a lot. Besides, i received a lot of information about the sites on the routes.

The transfer was ok, i had to wait only few minutes in front of the office before leaving the airport. Whjat i totally disliked was that, at the destination, the driver asked me for money in a very insistent way. I know you can give a tip if you are pleased with the service, but i don't like to have "my hand forced" so to speak.

The driver arrived at the established time, even it was very early in the morning. He was very polite and helped me with my luggage.

The representative of the company was waiting for me at the arrival hall. In a very short time we went to the car that took me until my hotel.

Next day of my arrival in Madeira, a person from the company came to meet me to check one more time the date and thetime of my departure, giving me also information about different places in funchal. Whe it was the departure day, the car arrived exactly at the established hour.

The driver was waiting for me at the airport, as it was established.

Very nice tour...It was very well organized. The guide was friendly, well prepared and gave us lot of information, not only about Como and around, but also for what we saw on our way from Milan.
We saw many things in few hours and also had time for ourselves. The only disadvantage was the weather, foggy in the morning and cloudy for the rest of the day, but this only makes you to wish to come back again to see the place in its entire splendor.

The tour was very well organized and, in my opinion, it's a good oportunity for a first contact with the beauty of Paris and it's great attractions.
