Disappointing! This tour should be taken only by those planning to snorkel and should be advertised as such. The operator did nothing to accommodate non-swimmers. The operator also had some customers sign a waiver to hold them harmless in case of poor weather conditions forced changes to the programme or caused injuries to the participants. This boat ride was extremely rough which a number of people became sick.

Our early morning departure went off without a hitch. The local representative contacted us the night before to finalize the arrangements for the drive to the airport. He then called us early in the morning at 445am to make sure that all was well with us and we had not slept in.
The local representative went well beyond what was expected, in fact he also gave us an early morning tour around some of the landmarks we did not have time to visit. Now that's service! We will certainly recommend Tour & Incentive Travel and Viator of course to any of our friends. The care and service we received from Tour & Incentive Travel was first class. Kudos to Tour & Incentive Travel!

After our arrival with Cathay Pacific Airlines in the early evening, the local representative from Tour & Incentive Travel was a friendly and refreshing change, especially after an inefficient & time consuming customs and immigration procedure at the airport. The local representative was friendly, courteous and efficient. He took great delight in educating us about the finer points and customs on the island of Penang. The welcome letter we received was a nice touch!
