The prospect of having a transfer from the airport to our hotel booked in advance was irresistible - no waiting for taxis in a strange city, but a round trip confirmed before we left home was ideal! We found the bus company desk eventually and after a short tour around a couple of hotels letting off other fellow travellers, we were dropped off at our hotel. The return trip was equally easy to arrange - a local phone call to the bus company 24 hours before we had to leave, giving the flight times and we were told a time for pickup at our hotel. It went flawlessly. We'd certainly do it again!

This was the third event we booked before we set off from the UK. We picked up the tickets from the Riviera box office in advance as suggested on the printed confirmation and enjoyed a brilliant concert. Everything worked as it should do and I can't recommend Viator highly enough.

The was the second event booked before we left home and again the arrangements were flawless - picked up at our hotel and taken to the tour office ready for transfer to the Tour Bus. The driver was knowledgeable and gave us all his information with good humour. The tour of the Dam itself again was brilliant, with a local tour guide that was extremely knowledgeable and we enjoyed the trip enormously. The driver then took us back to our individual hotels. A great day.
