Just be aware, you will only be taken to the 5th station and not to the peak. When you actually get there, it does'nt feel great and the view of Mt Fuji from the foothills is at the mercy of the weather. You stop for lunch at a resort and the view from Resort of Mt Fuji is just spectacular. We were quite lucky to have some clear weather just to click some shots. I strongly recommend you NOT to take the bullet train as it is not worth the additional money. On return, you are driven in the bus to Odawara station. You wait for another 10-15 minutes for your train and get down in the Shin-Yokohama or Shinagawa or Tokyo and then get the trains to your hotel. I would rather prefer being dropped off at the Hotel or wherever I was picked up from. The highlight of the train journey was the 15 minutes in Odawara station. You can see the Shinakansen wizz pass you every few minutes and it is really an amazing sight.

I recommend this to anyone who spends only a day or two in Tokyo. We spent a week in Tokyo and on hindsight we could have done this all by ourselves even with a kid and at a leisurely pace. This tour is very busy and you are on the run all the time.

This could have been a really good trip, if not for the rain. The tour guide was quite knowledgeable and English was pretty good. The lunch was nice, but there was some hiccups in getting vegetarian meals sorted for some people. Parents with Kids, you have to climb a small hillock - not all locations are Pram Friendly.

This tour is an absolute waste of time. If you are doing the full day "Panaromic Tour", this should definitely be given the boot. The highlight was the dinner overlooking the bay in Washington Hotel and I guess you could do that on your own. The Statue of Liberty was not well lit and you got to have really good flash to get nice pictures. The statue is best visited in daylight.

It is a wonderful tour that packs a punch for the tourist in need of time. Just be aware that you will be pushed all the time as the schedule is really tight. What we did not know was that the tour is actually a combination of a 12 Day Morning Tour and 12 Day afternoon tour with Lunch. I had no issues with that. Yoshi was the tour guide and he was absolutely Brilliant. On the way back he gave us a peek in to the Japanese Psyche and also a quick lesson in Japanese Scrip. Wonderful Wonderful guy.. If you get him as your Tour guide, you have spent your money well. Parents with Kids - not all locations are Pram Friendly.

A good tour. I would have preferred to go by ourselves if not for a 1.5 year old. The train connectivity is pretty good and you don't have to spend half the time in the bus. I would recommend to do this on your own. Parents with kids - not all locations are Pram Friendly.

It was a really wonderful experience. The price worked out cheaper with Viator.com. We were actually bumped to another provider when we called the actual provider. But, it was no hassles. I will look in Viator for future trips.
