Unfortunately, this entire set up was confusing. There was no one with a sign with our name like we were told. I had to approach a worker who then sent me to someone else who in turn sent me to another person. After about 15 minutes of confusion, they finally put me in contact with the correct person who directed us to our shuttle which we had to wait another 15 minutes for. So it took about 45 minutes for us to actually get into the shuttle we arranged for. Poor set up and service
