I did 5 tours with you over 1 month, all were great except Miami. I phoned twice to request a hotel pick up, only to be told no, however the voucher said pick ups at most Miami Hotels, we were staying at the Hyatt Regency, very centrally located, we paid for a taxi, only to spend the first 1 14 hrs doing hotel pick ups, we this, and were told they do pick up at some hotels down town where we stayed. We asked the person at the office if we could be dropped off down town, at or close to our hotel, he said we could stay down town after the harbour tour, and walk from there, as the harbour tour was last. The driver did not communicate at all, when we finally left we did not know what part of the tour was first, how long it would take to get there, the program for the day, or even his name. Road signage informed us the everglades was first. The glade tour provided by local national park guide was very good. We then left the glades same bus and driver, who again did not tell us what was next. We arrived back at the harbour, he told us to get out and wait while he got tickets. At this point I stopped him, and asked questions, How long is the Harbour tour Are you doing the city tour, How long is the city tour, Will we get any information Will you drop us off down town at or near the hotel. He ignored me, and kept walking. We went on the harbour cruise, which was basic. On our return we walked back to our hotel, did not bother with the city tour, as we saw same driver,
