Excellent tour. The guide was very helpful and knowledgeable. The amount of time allocated to each stop was good. Definitely would recommend this tour.

This is the most disappointing tour I have ever booked through Viator. I will,be sending a letter detailing what was not up to standard, but mainly the guide that we had was terrible. There were only 6 people on the tour, we couldn't understand the guide, there was no itinerary to work to, we had breakfast at 9am and didn't get a lunch break until 3pm. The guide said we would be going to a particular place, and then change her mind, but not tell us that we were going somewhere different. The places we saw were interesting, but we really felt the guide was far below standard and the time was not well planned. Our hotel was near nothing and the guide didn't even know where a restaurant was to get dinner. Very disappointing compared to other tours we have undertaken through Viatour.

It is always good to use a local guide as you receive so much more information than if you had done this on your own. We enjoyed the High Line and the surrounding area and information we received.

We booked the 3 day ticket and 3 extra options. It is a good way to skip the lines with museums and we were happy with the options included.

We really enjoyed the tour. It was my friend's first visit to Paris and the tour provided a good overview of important sights. It was a genuine skip the queue at the Eiffel Tower which was great. Having flexibility to take the Seine cruise when it suited you was also very good. Highly recommend for first time visitors.

We enjoyed the food and the surroundings (the venue was just as you see it in the movies). The staff were helpful; and the wine list quite good.

We had a great guide for the first two days, unfortunately the second guide did not give people timeframes to meet which meant we arrived in Niagara later than expected and didn't have much time there for dinner, sigthseeing that night. The accommodation on the first night was great, the second night not so good. The accommodation on the third night was terrible and certainly not to the standard that is advised on booking. The sights that we saw were very good though, just a shame about the accommodation and second guide.

The food was good and the staff attentitive. An improvement overall though would be to have some commentary on the sights as we sailed by, especially for those new to New York and not sure what they were looking at. Our wait-person was a very good singer.

We only managed to use three items, which still meant the pass paid for itself. Would be great value if you were intending using more though. The pass delivered what was expected with regard to jumping the line, which was great.

The tour was very informative - our guide was knowledgeable and we now have so much more information on the paintings than just walking through the galleria on our own.

This is by far the best day tour we have done. The lunch was superb and the towns visited provided the right amount to give us a taste of the Tuscany Region.
