The tour was very funny and good, but the organisation of the Duck Tour was horrible. I've written twice, weeks before our tour has taken place, because we were on a round trip and didn't have much time. I didn't receive any answer to my emails from the Duck Tour, so I've called 3 weeks and again a few days before and finally they confirmed on the phone our required tour time at 11am. Then on April 2nd we were at 10.15am in the Duck Tour office and nobody had known of our reservation. The tour was sold out with passengers who booked online directly at the Duck Tour portal. And they said that we have to wait if somebody won't come, because these passengers are favoured due to their direct booking not over a third party. We were not the only angry people in the office, who didn't have had a valid reservation. Finally we could do the tour indeed, because some people didn't come, but we had the worst seats in the bus and an hour of unjustified annoyance. This is a very unprofessional doing-business from the Duck Tour.
