Overall experience was ok. I had booked the Rome tour through viator and it was excellent.
The Istanbul tour is conducted by Neon tours on behalf of Viator. There was some difficulty with regards to pick up point and instructions. I had no reply to my mail to viator. Neon tours guide was very good.

This was an excellent tour and I still wonder how you manage these in all corners of world. The guide was excellent and the instructions were perfect to reach and catch up at Vatican. The children also enjoyed the tour thanks to the guide Michelle. I would use Viator again !.
