This was not a good experience. The bus drivers were not aware of the voucher and could not scan it. Had to make few trips to the information desk and eventually one driver took us to the Munich central station. Over there we talked with representative of the Grey line and assured us that we won't have problem going back. We could not board the bus again because the driver was not aware of the voucher. Went back to the representative and somebody came from the office and helped us boarding the bus. Please rectify the problem so that other visitors don't have to experience this problem.
