Operator was polite and punctual and very informative about the trip. He enjoyed playing a general knowledge game with us and the other passengers.

Service was punctual and comfortable.

We had to wait for about 2 hours for the shuttle bus. This was not what we were expecting, espacially after a long haul flight into Miami. The lady at the curbside desk who was coordinating the transfers was most unhelpful and clearly not coping with the pressure of many other people waiting for their transfers.

Pick up time was confirmed for 4.00am. By 4.15am no one had turned up and the supplied telephone number was not being answered. As we were group of 5 + luggage we had to speedily arrange for 2 taxis. The 2 taxis and the booked transfer all arrived at 4.30am. After an almost fist fight between the 3 drivers as to who was transferring us, we boarded the Viator transfer (minivan) but not before the driver struggled to get our 5 suitcases into the minivan!

Operator was punctual and polite. This made up for the apalling experice we had upon arrival in Florence.

We had booked and paid for a minivan for 5 adults + 5 cases. Upon arrival the driver was not where the voucher said we would find him. After searching the arrivals terminals we eventually found him! He was told he was collecting 4 people so had come in a ordinary car. We had to wait for ages in the terminal for a second car to arrive so that we could be transferred to Jerusalem in 2 cars. Not what we had paid for or expecting, especially after a long haul flight!
