We enjoyed this tour very much. The guide was informative and told the history of Athens and the sights we were seeing in a concise and entertaining manner. The Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum were amazing and well worth seeing.

This was a very enjoyable tour. The guide struggled a little with the English language however we were able to understand what was meant and the information provided was very interesting. Walking through gardens were a lovely way to end the tour.

This tour was quite literally a joke. The staff were less than enthusiastic, there were only two stops - less than a kilometre apart. The view from the boat encompassed the grafitti covered sides of the embankment, rubbish in the river, derelict shacks on the edge of the river, building works, weed infested bridges - the list goes on. I would have been ashamed to show this privately let alone charge money for it. Don't waste your time and money.

Excellent day out. Very busy but well organised. We saw everything with plenty of time and lunch was delicious. The spectacular sights are a must see. Well worth doing.

Excellent tour. Our tour guide Nicolai (hope thats right) was very knowledgeable and gave us the information in a lively way. He brought the Colosseum to life. A must do tour.

This was a great tour. Alessandro our tour guide, was very informative and included interesting anecdotes as we went along. The Sistine Chapel is wonderful and a must see. We loved this tour.

Don't bother with this company. There are many other hop on and off tour companies operating in Rome, that are easy to find and better organised. When the bus finally arrived - 40 mins not 15 mins, we had one ride, hopped off, then when we wanted to hop on again we were told no room - wait for the next one. The couple standing behind us were new and had to pay - the driver went upstairs and looked for two seats for them. Told them they could get on. The couple had heard what happened to us and looked at us standing near the bus, they refused the ride. Meanwhile we watched better equipped buses pull in on time and go out with plenty of seats available. We had a total of two rides that day, the second we had to sit in the heat while the drivers changed and stood around chatting until a policeman asked them to move off as another bus was waiting to pull in. Shoddy company, bad customer service.

This trip was fantastic. The day we went on the tour there was a heat wave and even though this meant the hike was an uncomfortable experience, the swim at the end more than made up for it. The tour was extremely well organised and the tour guides Alex and Julia very helpful and efficient. This was a wonderful day, with beautiful scenery and incredible experiences.

We were not taken inside the Duomo - we were taken inside a different church due to the Duomo being unavailable. The tour guide delivered the information in a question and answer style - much like being in a high school class - which i found distracting. Seeing David is well worthwhile.

A must do tour. We had an awsome time and saw sights we wouldn't have experienced without this tour. In addition we enjoyed a delicious lunch and some memorable wines. Thank you Sandra for being an excellent Tour Guide - efficient, organised and knowledgeable.

The tour is as good as any other hop on and off tour - you are able to see much more with less effort. The audio component was interesting and concise. The only drawback was that the bus stops are not highlighted very well. It is difficult to pick out where the bus is going to stop until you understand the small sign on the bottom is the one your looking for. We saw many people left standing and waving for the bus to stop because they were at the wrong stop. The driver and conductor didn't care in the least. I suppose they thought it wasn't a problem with a bus every 15 mins however Florence was experiencing a heatwave and this also happened when the time of the buses changed to 1 hour between. The time change is in small writing on the back of the map.

Too rushed. You can catch a water bus to these same places and spend more time looking at them. At the glass factory there were so many of us crammed into the room to view the glass-making that most people could see nothing at all, including me. After the demonstration was over we were hurried into the shop. Not a very good tour.

We enjoyed the tour however felt our time in St Marks Basillica was rushed. Also there was a gap between the walking component and the Grand Canal tour which meant we had to return. However, we did enjoy ourselves when finally on the water taxi for the Grand Canal part of the tour. Both our tour guides were very organised and knowledgeable.

The tour covered sights which for the most part could easily be seen on foot. The time needed for the tour seemed to be so the bus could negotiate the numerous building works which also obscurred many of the sights - those that were not obscurred already by air conditioner motors. We were told in the onboard commentary, on a number of occasions - 'this was where the old town wall and fortifications were, until they were pulled down and the stones used for buildings'??? We felt this tour was a waste of money.

We had a fantastic day from start to finish! Thank you to Kie, our tour guide and to our bus driver (sorry I've forgotten your name). Kie went out of his way all day making sure everybody had a good time, saw everything and had a photo of themselves taken on their own camera to remember it all by. Then of course there are the views - literally too amazing for words! We loved being on top of the world or so it seemed. Do this trip, it is great value for the wonderful time you will have.

The tour was much the same as this type of tour in other countries, you were able to hop on and off as much as you liked, and if you paid for the Grand tour as we did you were also able to hop on and off the Express tour buses. Therefore most of the time we had every chance of one of the buses being ready when we needed it and we were able to see everything we wanted to see. The audio guide was adequate. The organisation at the start let this tour down. It was very disorganised, with people wandering aimlessly everywhere, having no idea where they were supposed to be or on which bus to 'hop'. The staff member handing out tickets was particularly unhelpful.

This tour started as disorganised as the hop on and off tour, from the same company. However things improved and apart from being a bit regimented, was well worth it. We didn't follow the tour guides advice to go to a restaurant for lunch, bying baguettes and eating in the park, which was beautiful and allowed us much more time to see Rothenburg. We enjoyed this day very much.

The tour was advertised as ride the final laps of the Tour de France - an opportunity to ride the Champs Elysee when it is closed to traffic. The road was not closed to traffic and in fact the guide took the tour group across a section of road which resulted in him being reprimanded by paris police. Also the guide knew nothing about the Tour de France. This tour was a gift to my husband who is mad keen on the Tour de France so I was disappointed with his resulting experience.

This was an excellent tour with a very comprehensive and interesting french history lesson included with the history of the Catacombs. Our guide was very entertaining.

Long day but very worthwhile. The Abbey is beautiful and so is the Mount. The english tour guide was reasonable and the tour management was acceptable if a little disorganised.

We had taken a free walking tour earlier which covered much of what we were told on this tour, however the guide on the free tour was lively, entertaining and interesting. I had the feeling the guide on this tour was simply going through the motions. I have given it 3 stars because for us the tour 'joined all the dots' on the sites we had seen.

A must do! Apart from a disorganised start where nobody was sure who was their tour guide or the bus they needed to be on, the tour was great. The day went smoothly, the guide Allen was very entertaining and extremely knowledgeable. A very good tour to see, as stated in the title of the tour, see as much of England as possible in one day. A higlight for me was the Roman Baths in Bath.
