Guide waiting at airport, transfer to train for 10 min trip to city. Taxis to hotel waiting. All went smoothly. Return was similar but quicker

Only a few passengers so they used a people mover rather than a mini bus which allows better views. A lot of traveling to see very little. I have had better lunches. We cut the jewelry factory short so had more time to wander in the adjacent villiage of Saint Andrew. As with the other tour, return transfer from drop point to hotel not included.

A bit rushed. No return transfer to hotel from drop off point. Personally I think you could do better with the hop on hop off bus which went to all the sites we visited.

The tour showed a different part of BA. Time was wasted at the end of the train trip. There was no commentary outside on the boat trip. I did not receive a lunch voucher which I had paid for, but this was sorted out as the Viator voucher stated lunch included. Only 3 took lunch. Contary to expectations, after lunch transferred to hotel.
