As promised a fax was sent to our hotel confirming our pick-up time the day before departure. The representative arrived on time, organised our luggage being loaded into the coach and we were transported efficiently to the airport.

Had to pay for taxi to pick up point. Jewelry factory total of waste of time. Could have visited Repulse Bay instead. Poor tour guide who could not be understood and walked down coach collecting tips before end of tour. Could have used public transport.

Whilst the service was efficient and well organised it was approximately 45 minutes that we were left waiting in the terminal while passengers were gathered together for different coaches and, unfortunately, our hotel was the last drop off. The coach was very comfortable but the driving was very erratic.

As the arrival, the departure procedure was also excellent. The driver arrived slightly earlier than arranged, carried our luggage to the car and transported us to the airport in good time.
