Great transfer. We called 24 hrs in advance (as directed) to confirm our pickup time where we were given some advice to alter our pickup time (rush hour concerns). The driver didn't speak much English, but was friendly and definitely knew where he was going. This transfer takes a lot of hassle out of the end of your trip.

This was a nice tour to quickly teach you about Venice, its history and the many beautiful buildings and canals. The guide was very passionate about her job and presented us with information very enthusiastically. My one complaint was the group size was very large and had to be split into 3 separate tours...this made it very crowded, adding to the already busy narrow streets. This tour is worth doing if you want to learn about this beautiful city!

The Good:Got a free transfer from our hotel in Rome to get to the meeting point to go to Florence (not part of the tour, but a nice surprise)
Great hotel in Venice. Were met at the Venice Train Station and taken to our hotel (a short ways away)
Great organized transportation
Good Day tours for each city with educated, professional guides
Skip the line entrance for the tours was great

The Bad: Very poor communication when starting the tour (no one knew what hotel we were staying in, in Florence when we departed Rome...made enjoying day one of the tour a little hard). The hotel in Florence was terrible (despite selecting the 4 star option)
The descriptions of your day to day activities needs refining (schedules were not kept and things were included that were not described...so I wasted some money pre booking some museum entrances). 2 of 3 Tours in English and Spanish...took a long time to learn about what we were looking at.

Overall a good tour package, but I am sure you could arrange this yourself with a better hotel in Florence and less worry about where you are going to sleep at night.

This was a great tour of a very amazing part of ancient Rome. The meeting point was easy to find and we were quickly given a headset and receiver to ensure we could hear our guide during the tour. We skipped a very long line. This alone is worth the price of the tour. Our tour guide Claudia was fantastic! Trained as an archaeologist, you couldn’t ask for a more knowledgeable person to conduct the tour. Also, her passion for what she does was very evident. Claudia provided details ranging from architecture to history and tails of the gladiators all the while being surrounded by the astonishing visual images of ancient Rome. This tour is a must see and well worth it while in Rome. Just a word about water, Rome has a lot of public water fountains so fill up a bottle before going on this tour. The only other source of water/drinks in the area are the many vendors outside the Colosseum at 4 Euros a bottle, better to bring your own!

This pickup transfer was a great idea to take the headache out of arriving at a very busy airport after a long flight. The driver was friendly and knew where he was going...but didn't speak much English. The only complaint was the driver was holding a sign with our last name spelled incorrectly (very badly), making us think that he wasn't there for us. This made the pickup take a little longer than we would have liked.

Wow, what a tour. We were met on time by Valerio where we were quickly led past the very long line-ups into the museum (that alone is worth it the museums are very busy). I have to tell you, what a treat to have an extremely knowledgeable tour guide walk us through the Vatican Museums; I know we would not have learned nearly as much without him. Valerio was patient, allowing me to photograph everything I wanted (except the Sistine Chapel, as no photos are allowed in there) so much so that he happily went over the tour time to make sure we saw everything. The level of knowledge that he displayed about the artifacts/art in the museums was astounding. You could tell he had a passion for what he does. This tour was worth every penny and many thanks to Valerio for his time and expertise! This is a tour is a must and should not be missed if going to Rome!
