The tour was great! It turned out to be a private tour. My guide Catherine was simply the best. She took care of me and explained all the things that I need to know about Hangzhou, West Lake, Lingyin Temple, Meijiawu, etc. I definitely recommend this tour to everyone!

The tour was okay but it seems like we were on Amazing Race especially when we visited Zhouzhuang Water Village. The guide, Rita, was on a hurry all the time and I just felt like I wasted my time just following her. I was not able to see and enjoy the beauty of Zhouzhuang Water Village.

It wasn't as organized as I expected it to be. I previously availed of Viator services in the past (Mt. Fuji Tour and Nikko Day-trip) and it was so organized. This time, I was almost left behind at Victoria Coach Station! I wasn't late but they changed the gate and when we went to the new gate we couldn't find the guide. We spent so little time in every place and it was so frustrating. Like in Stonehenge, we spent only 40minutes there and gosh, it wasn't enough considering that it was so huge! The Oxford trip was also a disappointment :( I say it wasn't worth it at all. It was expensive!
