Name was held prominently by airport greeter and we were transferred smoothly to the shuttle bus. Driver was friendly and efficient. No pressure to buy other tours. Simple and good.

The guide was good and knew her stuff. Our enjoyment was marred by one participant who tried to turn the walk into a personal conversation with the guide, limiting the opportunity for questions from the group.

In the course of our Hop-on Hop-off, we met three or four driver/guides. Each one had a slightly different commentary and delivery style. We enjoyed the variety.
