Not the best trip I've ever booked through Viator. Firstly our pick up was later than quoted. The weather was appalling (couldn't be helped) but organisation didn't support the difficult conditions. We got off the bus and waited to meet guide. We were left standing in the pouring rain until someone called to follow the guide. He wore black with a black umbrella, so he was very difficult to follow. Half of the group lost him. He made no attempt to locate us. We eventually found him. The tour was delayed approx. an hour, or more. The system at the Alhambra was ridiculous. Too many ticket check points meant long waits, in the pouring rain to move through. The tickets got very wet thus making scanning difficult (what did they think would happen?) The tour was rushed. Many of our group left before the garden tour. Our guide was hoping no-one would want to go. A group of us did want to see the gardens. It was a waste of time. The guide rushed through part of it (almost ran). A few of us stopped to take a couple of photos, only to be left behind. Pretty poor. The organisation for the return buses was pitiful. Yes it was raining, but there was no system. We got on 3 different buses only to be asked to change, then put back on the first bus again. It was funny how we lost about 1 1/2 hours of the actual tour time yet we were on the bus at the nominated finish time. We were told that we had to wait for the next tour group to finish to get on our bus. Our unimpressed expressions attracted an apology and we left for the hotel.
