Too many people and very hard to hear tour guide talking over people and construction. Maybe if she had a hand held speaker it would have helped. Not going back to Salzburg.

It was a great weather day and the gardens were fantastic. The palace was also very impressive, the guide took a lot of time to explain in detail everything that we were looking at.

No guide on this tour, you picked up an auto guide when you entered and it did a great job of explaining everything as you went through the palace.

My Review
This was the tour we were most looking forward to, of course it rained all day. We were in the UK for two weeks and this was the only rain day we had. The guide was good but we were rushed as we were in a fire drill. Even though it was raining we still took the boat ride that was a complete waste of time because of the weather. I dont understand why we weren't given the option of the boat ride or more shoping time in town as we had to speed shop to even find anything, it was a one hour waste for everybody.

Tour was good and our guide did a great job. The only negative of the tour was the afternoon tea at Harrods. We were marched through the main dinning area to a side room like a bunch of cattle and looked upon as second class citizens by customers and Harrods staff. Understand we were a tour group but there is no excuse for the way we were treated. We were "sat" at tables and gived a small pot of tea and stale scones that were more suitable for hockey pucks than food. It was clear they didn't want us there and made us feel as uncomfortabe as they could. I suggest the afternoon tea by removed from the tour or go someware else where your business would be welcome. Too bad it happended as the rest of the tour was great.
