We had a very bad experience with this tour operator. We bought the tour with more than 2 weeks in advance. When we arrived on the day of the tour and at the time of departure, we were told that our tour operator decided to cancell our tour without any previous notice to us, not even by email. We also bought Santiago de Compostela and Viana do Castelo tour to do it on the next day and was also cancelled!!
So, we bought 2 tours for 2 people and they cancelled both tours without any previous notice to us!! We could solve the problem by chance because we were in the city for one more day, but if we hadn't had an additional day or if the tour operator hadn't been the same, we would have missed both tours payed and confirmed with more than 2 weeks in advance.
The tour itself is good. The most attractive thing to view is the santuary of the Bom Jesus Church, in a hill outside Braga city.
Our tour guide, Maria, was excellent. She told us very interesting and useful information of each place we visited.

The tour is excellent and highly recommended.
We had a problem at the beginning of the tour with our guide, who left us before the entrance of the Pena Palace and entered to the Palace with the rest of the people in the tour. We were only 8 people in the tour and she missed 2 people at the front gate for 5 minutes when we arrived to the palace and she didn't care or noticed. We had to ask for permission to going inside the Palace without our tickets to find her. When we found her, she apologized for the inconvenience.
After the bad beginning, the rest of the tour was excellent.

The tour itself is a bit boring and long. The only part that is interesting to see is the Glow Worm Tour. The lunch was very poor. Our guide was very well informed and nice.

The Sydney aquarium is great !! The views from Sydney Harbour Cruise are beautiful.
Wild life Sydney doesn't worth seeing; it's too small and commercial. Go instead to Featherdale Wildlife Park.

Windmills excellent. Volendam is very beautiful town. Too much time in wood-shoe factory in Market. Delft is a very nice city but we spent too much time in the pottery factory so we didn't have much time to walk around the city. The Hague is only a bus tour and Madurodam doesn't worth visiting. I recommend to do only the first part of the tour and go to Delft by yourself.
