Great tour but the guide could have done a much better job at designating herself as "our" guide, not just holding up a piece of paper that said Versailles Tour, we traveled there for a tour, as did thousands of others, the sign was worthless, we had to ask about 10 different tour guides if we were on their tour.

Stay away, 3 hours total time to get in van and not even dropped off at hotel, terrible and a ripoff

Avoid at all cost, found the van, they told us to wait for the next one, 20 minutes later they said we were in their van, 1 hour after that we were still picking people up at CDG, 1.5 hours later were actually got out and walked to our hotel, first in the van, last off, almost 3 hours invested in this crappy overpriced service
