It was good having the pass as there was variety in the things that we could do. However we wish that we had more time to really get value for our money as we tend to waste a fair bit of time standing in the queues despite tips given in the booklet about how to avoid these queues.

An informative tour but the group was too big especially for a crowded city like Amsterdam.

It was a good tour with plenty of time to sightsee and shop. The guide was also very good .

It was quite easy to use once you get the hang of it. Need to plan well to get value for money and pray that the weather is in your favour so as to get to all the places that you want to see.

We were unlucky that we got a coach that had a kind of film on the window that made it almost hard to see out the window. On top of that the microphone was not working and so the guide who was soft spoken had to walk down the row and stop three or four times to provide us with information in three or four languages to cater to all the passengers. It was a big group and that created problems when we were actually in Luxembourg doing the walking tour as when you do not catch up with the group, you will miss most of his commentaries. Some of the passengers decided to do their own thing there.

It was a private tour for us as there were only the two of us with the guide. He was very good, helpful and friendly. We saw a fair bit of Belgium and its people through his eyes and plenty of chocolates. Unfortunately we were unable to attend the chocolate workshop which we were looking forward to as the master chocolatier was unwell that day. Otherwise it was a marvelous tour.

We weren't that impressed. It must have something to do with the London weather. We had to wait a long time in the rain at this particular stop only to be told that they are not picking passengers up at this stop as a few of the roads were closed for a bike race. After a bit of hassle we managed to have our ticket changed for the following day. It was not value for money as long queues at the places we visited and bad weather meant that we could not visit as many places as we liked.
