The tour was great: however, the guide argued vehemently that we did not have the right "sticker" for the Singapore Flyer . We were absolutely sure we had paid for that extra and had our voucher that I had printed from the internet. It was most upsetting and indeed, embarrassing! Something was wrong with the documentation between our "travel agent", as he said, and his company. In the future, make sure to properly inform the guide. In the end, he gave us two tickets, but we gave them away. We were too upset to go. I gave the tickets to another couple. We always enjoy your recommendations.
We have much better Flamenco in Tampa, Florida at the Columbia Restaurant. It was disappointing for the price we paid.$50 each. Seating was bad in that we had a ceiling so low we had to stoop to sit down! We understood we'd sit behind those who ate there. We have always been very satisfied with Viator in Rome, Florence, and at entry to Sagrada Familia in Barcelona. Not this time.

This bus is a wonderful way to see London! We did two routes: one with headphones and one with a live guide. Both were excellent! The Marble Arch stop was close to our hotel. The employees were very helpful and you can even buy entry tickets from them for various venues; thereby skipping lines.We showed our Viator voucher and our ticket was immediately assigned. We used one half the afternoon of the 15th and the other half the morning of the 16th. Very worthwhile!!
