Everything went very smoothly. The bus was waiting for us at the airport upon arrival and was at the hotel on time to take us back to the airport. The price was very reasonable compared to the price of a taxi. Would definitely book the transfer again.

The morning part of the trip wasn't great. The guide wasn't that great about staying with the group and giving us good instructions. The afternoon part of the trip was great. The guide was great with good information on the area that we were traveling.

We had to wait for the driver at the cruise port to take us to our hotel. That was because we got off the ship earlier than I had scheduled the driver. I wasn't sure what time we would get off of the ship, so had to guess on the time to schedule the driver. I don't how it could have better because you never know how the ship will disembark their passengers.

My Review
We were unhappy with the bus leaving us blocks away from the Trevi Fountail and then having us all walk several blocks in the pouring rain. The guide didn't even stay with us. We had trouble findng our way back to the bus again in the pouring rain.
