Museum was awesome!!! Definitely need a FULL day to see everything that's offered. Viator passes saved us money and also helped us by pass the line!! I also ran into a little snag, and needed to change the day i planned to visit after i was already in New York. Viator was able to change the dates for me, and send me new vouchers via email with no problems and with no extra charges!!!

I had taken this tour 2 years ago, at which time it was FABULOUS!! This time around, I was SADLY DISAPPOINTED!!. The lady doing the English tour tried really hard, but her accent made it IMPOSSIBLE to understand what she was saying. This, combined with the fact that they now use an earphone system that was mostly static, made it IMPOSSIBLE to understand what was being said. NO ONE on the tour was happy, and only stuck around to take advantage of the gondola ride that was at the end of the tour. I suggest getting guides that speak PROPER ENGLISH, and ditching the earphone system.

LOVED THIS TOUR. The recordings were very informative, with a wide variety of spots to get off. Buses were pretty much on time, and the fact that the ticket is good for 48hrs is a bonus!!!

Very thorough and informative tour. Definitely saw things we wouldn't have without the tour. The Capuchin Crypts definitely a MUST!!!!

Very informative, great way to get an overview of Rome's history for first time visitors. Took my 9 year old daughter, and she managed to get a lot of information from this tour. Wish there was more "3-D" element, but overall....very well done!!
