tour ok but the guide had very very bad english and again multilingual tour!!she wasn't impressed that i couldn't speak french!! like her other guests on this tour and i had to keep asking her to repeat what she was saying in english you must let us all know viator if this is the case in future as i won't bother doing any more tours where there are several languages involved too longwinded by the time they come to the english!! so not impressed

little closed in bus not like the open top bus picture you have so didn't even bother going on it in the heat com plete misleading picture viator!

great tour good to do to get your bearings in any new place good and informative too

brilliant quick journey in met driver very easily as the signs said would do this way again no hesitation really recommend

good tour but the only down side is the fountain show was in broad daylight!! so totally unatmospheric!! theye have set times up till 10 pm for the water fountains so this should be put back to a much later time and then it would of been much better

fantastic tour!! Our gondalier pointed out a few good bits but the tour was one of the best ones ever our guide was so enthusiastic and took us to a part of Venice I had not been to at all in the 4 days I was there so very interested and passionate about everything really well worth doing

our tour guide actually didn't seem at all interested in doing this trip very droning voice and actually I couldn't hear him above thew engine anyway so just looked out at the lovely views instead

nice day out but would of liked to of stayed on Burano a lot longer as so very pretty half hour on each just isn't long enough unfortunately

wow what a brilliant way to arrive in fact the only way to arive and a lovely girl picked us up and gave us a lovely talk through the Grand canal and the little canals before taking us to our hotel and picked out good eateries on the way totally memorable way to begin brilliant!!

did not enjoy this tour too much emphasis on statues no mention on all the portraits in the rooms and didn't even get to see the gardens as some pony show was on at the same time. Do not understand why this stopped our tour tour guide wasn't bothered by this but I was looking forward to it. would not recommend this tour to anyone

fantastic tour, so interesting and our guide was so passionate and funny and interesting, even though I hadn't read the books or ssen the film still a brilliant tour couldn't recommend it enough absolutely brilliant!! Loved it would go on it again actually
