The Copenhagen card was good. The collection booth at the airport enquiries was easy to find. The card worked on both the metro to the city and the train to the airport. It wasn't possible to get to all the included free museums in the time but we gave it a go. City bus transport is included but unfamiliarity with the bus routes meant we walked a lot

The tour maximised the sightseeing in the available time
If more time was available, I would have liked to see inside Kronborg castle - maybe the tour could start 45 mins earlier

The canals were great
We saw lots more canals than the day 1 hour cruise
The photos on the web page suggest night lighting & this naive touist expected to see it, alas it doesn't get dark till 1030
The dinner was OK, but my wife didn't like it
Plenty of wine & beer as advertised
I'd expected some commentary, and there wasn't any. In retrospect the tour was good without commentary, just looking out the glass windows & roof was fine
