About 15 minutes early, but we were in the hotel lobby. The trip was straight to the airport with no problems. We've tried the AirFrance shuttle last year and it was an hour late leaving and we had to walk to the location by the Arc de Triomphe. Would recommend the Paris Shuttle.

Angelique was our guide and took us straight through security and to the elevator. She gave us time to use the restroom and look around after we reached the 2nd level. She had good commentary and engaged the group. She went with us to the summit and made sure we all knew how to come down from the top. The line was about 4 hours when we went, so I was very happy not to have to wait in it! Only one elevator was working.

Wish I could give this tour more than 5 stars. My husband loved the tour. Our guide, Moko (from NZ), was excellent. He provided the right amount of travel and commentary as we traveled around Paris.
We stopped to see several of the historic sites on our tour.
I would highly recommend this tour to all my friends.

Our flight arrived about 11 pm, and we had to wait about 25 minutes for the shuttle to reach us. Another passenger was also on a late flight. The driver packed our suitcases in the back. The trip to downtown was quick and without problems.
Last year we used the AirFrance shuttle which was a large bus, and it was difficult to find the pickup point at the airport. Getting back to the airport, the AirFrance shuttle was an hour late leaving.
I definitely preferred the Paris Shuttle and would recommend it to anyone.
To call the shuttle, when we landed, we had to call from the Information desk after picking up our luggage. No pay phones were available in the terminal where we landed. The man at the information desk knew the number for the Paris Shuttle without looking it up. I think he'd called them many times.

Finding the tour kiosk in Republic Square was easy. The large van was comfortable, and the driver good.
The tour guide was Terrible. She pointed to buildings and said "There's three pretty buildings." Or "There's a nice fountain." No history or explanation. She also spoke in Russian for a couple on the tour. They looked disinterested in her commentary also.
On the tour, one man fell asleep and snored as we drove through Prague.
I would not recommend this tour. When we toured around the Prague Castle, I saw several tours with people wearing headsets so they could hear their clearly-speaking English guide. I should have asked who was their tour company, so I could post it here.
One day earlier, the Driver who picked us up at the airport and drove us to our hotel gave us a wonderful commentary. Thank goodness, because we didn't get any information from our guide.
If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
The Russian couple left the tour after we walked down the hill from the Prague Castle. My husband and I did the same.
I know this tour has gotten good reviews from others, but our guide ruined it for us.

Our driver was waiting as promised. He gave us a wonderful "tour" on the way into town to our hotel.
I would recommend the private transfer.
Excellent English and pointed out many historic buildings. Also gave good facts about Prague.

The bus tour provided a great look at the Reims area. GH Mumm and Moet and Chandon champagne stops were wonderful. The guides at both stops provided great details about the champagne-making process. The buildings and caverns were impressive.
Our stop at Reims to see the cathedral gave us time to tour the cathedral and walk around the area and get lunch.
The countryside was beautiful, and the route very nice. I would recommend this tour.

We picked up our passes at the Hard Rock Cafe and used them a couple days later. The museum pass was included and we used it to visit the top of the Arc de Triomphe, as well as the Louvre and Musee d'Orsay.
A very good bargain. We planned our itinerary prior to using the passes, so we were able to visit many places.
