Tulum and Xel-Ha from Cozumel

My Review: We were extremely dissatisfied. Tulum and Xel-Ha were fabulous, but the tour was run so poorly. Much time was spent shuffling people from bus to bus and driving to other locations to shuffle different people from bus to bus very little time actually at Tulum. We were so disappointed to see how large and how cool Tulum was, only to be told we only had a few minutes there. What a waste! The driver dropped off people at a Playa del Carmen hotel first, causing a huge number of us to miss the ferry to Cozumel. The guide told us to wait for the next ferry at 7pm, but we were turned away from that ferry because that was not the ferry we had tickets for.
