New York in One Day Sightseeing Tour

My Review: I have to say I was extremely upset. The Coach bus had no AC. It was not working correctly. Although the front of the bus where the driver and tour guide had cool air, no other place was feeling it. They were to fix it or get another bus after the zephyr boat ride, but it was a lie, never happened. Also they stated water was to be provided, but I never was offered a bottle. What they did offer was a ticket to an evening ride, what good is that if your leaving, or have other plans already scheduled. I know the guide kept apologizing , but we were so hot and miserable, I could not at all enjoy this tour. Hated It. I was really not able to enjoy what the guide was explaining, i was so miserable.

My Review: I am extremely happy with this skip the line. Hard Rock Cafe was great. The waiters, service and menus available were all excellent. Would highly recommend.
