pick up was on time , vehicle was spotless , driver was polite and well mannered .

we did this same excursion 2 years ago and had a great time then,sadly this has changed and the food content was ordinary at best . The presentation was poor and the food was put down on the lazy susan with no explaination on what it was , with just enough to feed the small group of 6 dinners..I have had better meals in a B grade cafeteria

transfer was on time ,clean,well mannerd and new the most direct route to the hotel which was well appreciated at midnight.

Our guide Hans was awesome. He imparted his knowledge willingly, although at times a little hard to understand. It is a long bus ride, so be prepared for that, especially if the air conditioning is not working properly. We were taken to the old town, saw the home of Mozart and the gardens of Mirabell, some of which featured in the Sound of Music and we saw the graveyard where the Von Trapp children escaped through. We had enough free time to wander through the busy shopping streets on our own as well as taste a Schnitzel and local beer.

Dinner was good; boiled beef (corn beef in Aussie terms), and vegetables was delicious. Schonbrunn Palace was done at our own pace (picked up the head-set) and wandered through the Palace. The concert was fantastic, albeit a little late for us, so we skipped out at half time. What we saw of the concert, we highly recommend. We also caught the train back to our motel (about 8 stops away) at 10.30pm and felt very safe. I must say the underground train system is clean, safe and extremely user friendly. I recommend purchasing a 3 day train pass.

If there is one tour you must do, then this is it ! What a blast, we had a great time. The history part played second fiddle to the segways they are great. Everyone on the tour had a ball.

This tour was ok. We were dropped off at Torcello and told to walk 8 minutes to the church. Once at the church, you turned around and walked back (with no explanation of what you just saw). On Murano we were whisked into a 10 minute glass blowing display and then quickly rushed out (as the next group was waiting) into their shop where 15 sales people pounced. We were then taken to Burano, famous for its lace, where again you were whisked into a small room for a demonstration. We decided to skip the demo and went into the village itself (about 2 minute walk). Lots of stalls and small shops selling souvenirs. I would probably visit these islands on my own as we bought a 72 hour boat pass for $38 euro each.

the tour guide was extremely knowledgable and walked at a pace comfortable to everyone. The maze we were taken on was full of history.

Very informative. We did not know what to expect and were very pleasantly surprised. It was a small tour, which meant we could hear and see everything. Meeting the owner was fabulous as we could ask questions direct to him. Our tour guide was not only beautiful, but knowledgable. The food tasting at the end was also helpful in understanding what types of breads were made and how they tasted. Highly recommend this tour - value for money.

Had a local tour guide from Cheung Chau who was very proud of his small part of the world. Easy to understand with a lovely demeanour. Our guide took us to a small cramped 2 storey restaurant, where he asked us what we wanted to try and then had it ordered. The food was served quickly. It was tasty, but we were all very conscious of the fact we didn't want to get ill, so we all used the hot green tea (supplied free) to wash our small bowls before putting the food into it. It was an experience one must try, and we can happily report, no-one out of the 4 in our group were ill. The place was also full of locals, which is a good sign.

The tour guide was very knowledgable. We found the tour interesting, with just enough free time to explore on your own. The weather was very warm, so although you must cover up, ensure you wear light clothing and comfortable footwear.
