A 14 hour day but well worth it. The mountain is so historic, it is stunning. Lunch could best be described as adequate. The location was good but food food the group was ordinary. Great Guide. KB

A good trip spoiled by the tour agent trying not to honour our viator voucher. They had oversold the tour and despite our confirming with them the day before asked that we leave the bus and seek a refund from viator. We were insistant and eventually they got a bigger bus. As a result of the delay we didn't see the Roman ruins and the tour was shortened. There was no cheese tasting - sausage was provided instead. A good tour ruined by a poor provider. The guide did her best but this was not a good advertisement for Viator or Paris Tours.

Three disappointments - the boat trip did not actually pass by the Loralee rock, we didn't stop at Rudesheim and the chicken dinner was very very average. Heidelburg was a really lovely place to visit. The guide was very good. KB

Trip was excellent, guide had good knowledge of the area, was very friendly and likable. Would have liked the tour to include a Winery as this has been an essential part of Province since 1200. The trip is titled Province in one day so not including a Winery seems strange.

Tour on the Seine was adequate, not spectacular. Boat was crowded and so not everyone got a good clear view.
Illuminations was good as we had not seen much of Paris at night. I was surprised the Grande Arch was not included. Guide was really good, on time, entertaining and gave a good commentary. Loved his driving especially around the Arche.
