A van collected me even though it was just for me. The young man was very pleasant, on time and assisted me with my luggage

The driver arrived at my hotel to collect me at the time that was pre-arranged. His vehicle was clean and he was very pleasant and chatty.

The tour itself was excellent. The guide very informative however, the information in your description of the tour insufficient as we had elderly parents with us and nowhere in the tour description did it mention that half of the tour was on foot

Gentleman was very helpful, assisting with luggage and giving an overall review of his beautiful city.

Arrived on time to collect us from the hotel . Van was comfortable, driver very helpful

This private tour was excellent. However, once again the description of the tour was insuffiicient. As above is advertised as Hagia Sofia and Grand Bazaar, however, it would have included the blue mosque but since it wasn't mentioned in the description, we went to see it the day before by oursselves. A waste of our precious time in Istanbul!!!

This was the only transfer that we had to find ourselves which was frustrating as we had just come off an extremely long flight. However, once we found our driver everything went smoothly

Tour was enjoyable and got us from point A to point B with a couple of tours along the way which were excellent with local guides. The Tour leader of our tour was having a little holiday herself. She was not very informative, nor forthcoming with answers to our questions. For example, tour had 2 hours in Rhonda to sight-see on our own. Not much information was given as to what to see and when asked if she could provide a map of the city she answered not her responsibility (who's then?) She pointed me in the direction of the tourist information centre. However, she did not make mention of it prior to getting off the bus. Accommodations (4 star) and meals were only mediocre - in theory a great sounding tour, in reality not so great.

This tour was fabulous. We were lucky as it was only the 2 of us with our guide Isabella who is a history professor still teaching at university. She was a delight and we had a very informative history lesson along the way.

This was very worthwhile especially as it included the bus to and from Toledo. I think that in itself nearly paid for the pass.

This tour was excellent, but a little too jam packed. There was no free time other than 45 minutes to have lunch. It would have been nice to drop our first stop and have a little time on our own in Biarritz and San Sebastian.. No coffee nor toilet stops were offered and luch was very late - around 3. Then off to San Sebastian which was very rushed. Still very worthwhile and the scenery will not disappoint..

This walking tour was a little disappointing. The guide very informative but a little boring.

It was really interesting walking in the steps of Picasso. Great to see where he lived worked and played and then to see his collection of artworks at the museum on completion of the tour. I would highly recommend this tour.

A great way to see all of this lively city's magnificent sights.

The driver was waiting for us upon arrival and gave a comentary on our ride to our hotel.He was polite, spoke English well and the car was in great condition - a very comfortable way to start your holiday after a long flight from China.
