The tour was very well planned. The meal was good. Our problem was our tour guide. At a toll booth she impulsively backed up to change to another toll both and smashed into another vehicle. After ten minutes of speaking with the other driver, she just got back into the van and never once asked if the passengers were okay, even after my wife asked her if she was okay. I got whiplash and my neck hurt for two days. I addressed it with her after and she admitted she was wrong, but it made the trip much less enjoyable.
