Staff weren't very friendly unfortunately and we were all ushered here and there without much eye contact or interaction. It was a guessing game for the most part.

Staff on time but customer service aspect missing. On return from Disneyland, though I was half an hour early before set departure, I was yelled at across the yard by name. When I said 'yes', he turned his back and started walking back to the bus, waving his arm.

Much better on the return. Unfortunately was not informed of departure time, so had to do ringing around to confirm this, after being told the hotel would inform us the night before. Re-organised departure pickup and was met my a friendly guide.

Fantastic!!!! Tour guide/driver was absolutely wonderful. The sights were breathtaking and the way he delivered information was great. He gave us just enough time in each place and had us back on time that night.
