Guide was knowledgable but he rushed though his presentation at the site.  There was a hard sell to buy at the community center and to tip the driver.  When we asked what time the triip to the cenote was scheduled,he said it was not part of our trip.  The other members of the tour agreed with us that it was.  He took us to a cenote that was not the one named on the website and it was very disappointing.  Water was murky and only two members of the tour (we were six) reluctantly went in for a quick dip.  Dropping off at the hotels added a great deal of time to the overall day and detracted from the amount of time at the site.  The pick up was excellent and would have been appreciated if the same could have been done for the drop off.  I thought that this would be more personal considering it was advertized as a "small-group tour" but it was very disappointing.  Would not recommend it.

Four stars only as I was sick on the day of the tour and could not go.  My three friends went and said it was marvellous.  Tulum was breathtaking and the snorkeling and zipline great fun.  They did not know to take cash with them to tip all the guides and were embarrassed when they didn't have sufficient cash on hand.  They said their cenote guides were very attentive and professional.   they loved it and I am very disappointed that I couldn't make it.  Based on their reviews, I would definitely book this tour for a future visit.

A highlight of our week in Rome.  Anna, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable.  The time our group of 22 got to spend in the Sistine Chapel was special.  We had been chatting throughout the tour but as we entered the Chapel all of us fell silent.  A truly moving experience for our diverse group.
