* Excellent English speaking guide, well versed in the history of Chinchen Itza and Cenote
* Prompt bus pick up and guide kept everyone on schedule
* excellent bus driver
* Excellent buffet lunch-our bus was first at the restaurant so we had plenty to eat...restaurant became very crowded when we were ready to leave
* Two and a half hour trip 1 way with 1 hour stop at Cenote, 1 hour for lunch and 3 hours at Chinchen Itza
* Recommendations:
1) Had difficulty reconfirming.
2)Do the Cenote swim last after the 3 hours of walking in Chichen Itza

Knowledgeable guides
Lots of wine provided at lunch at wine estate but tour -poor- Not as comprehensive as I have experienced in places such as Niagara on the lakeCanada or in the wine country of South Africa
Very good value for the cost
Not recommended for people with walking difficults since there is a lot of walking and climbing.

Busses did not stopor slow down at points of interests for photo ops..... only if a client wanted to get off or on
Drove at break neck speed so filming and photographing was impossible
Bus drivers were only interested in completing routes in record time
I have been on many Hop On buses eg Singapore, Cape Town, Istanbul etc and the experiences were excellent
Staff on board did not care about customer needs only their on time agenda

This is an excellent way to see the downtown core of Rio de Janeiro!
The walkabout lets one experience the environment that is not available on a bus tour. In our day tour there was no indication of the dangerous environment that had been predicted in some travel information obtained before we arrived in Brazil. Rio is like any other big city in the world, one has to be aware of time and place!

We had to wait close to an hour for the airport to hotel transfer because the shuttle only comes on the hour. The driver was very prompt for the hotel to airport shuttle. Driver spoke English and was very polite and friendly.
