I am married with two teenage sons. We usually take an annual holiday overseas. This year we had a 5 week holiday travelling around the world. For the first time ever we got to experience Europe. I can honestly say we can't wait to go back. I found viator tours the best way to experience a country or city you have not experienced before.

Communication was slightly misunderstood for the pickup. Thought that driver would be waiting with name card. Instead had to call after getting bags. Once cleared up, transport to the city was excellent in a great vehicle.

Had a great day with our guide. Had a party of six which included four member of our family. The Segway was easy to ride and the skills session. We enjoyed this tour immensly, particularly as a different way of touring the city.

This was a great way to see this museum. The place is soo big and we were able to see all the things that you would tick off at a Louvre vist. Great tour for a first time visitor.

This was a highlight of our trip. Our guide, whose name I have forget, but had an Irish accent showed us a great day around the French Rivirea. We were the only people on the tour, so it turned the trip into a very special event. I would recommend this tour if you only have a short time in the French Riveria. Thanks again to our tour guide.

Trip was really crowded on the day we went. There were actually 2 buses, but a lot of pushing and shoving. Outlets were ok but did not seem to find as may bargains as I would have thought.

It was a good way to see Venice without having to stay there. The bus trip was good and our guide was great explaining the history of Venice and sights on the way. I would give the stop on the way a miss and bring some goodies with you. Enjoyed all aspects of the tour at Venice. I would suggest that you offer the tour with Gondola ride as a booking option rather than collecting fees and numbers on the bus ride there.

Let me preface my statements by saying it was typically hot day in Rome when we undertook this tour. The fast pass was a nice way to pass the incredibly long lines. However, you should note that backpacks are booked into a cloak room at the start of the tour and to get them back is not an easy process. Seeing the Vatican was a great day.

We arrived late a night. It was a little nerve wrecking as we tried to find our driver after getting our bags. He was there, he was sitting on a chair and not instantly noticeable as a driver. Once collected, the trip to the hotel was efficient.

Again a great way to pass the long lines that were waiting to ride the London Eye. Walked up, exchanged voucher, joined the fast pass line and were on the ride in no time. Money well spent.
